Openid lib status

Libraries at openidenabled.com (including Python and Ruby) support
OpenID protocols 1.x and 2.0, and provide code to support extensions
Simple Registration, Attribute Exchange 1.0, and Provider
Authentication Policy Extension 1.0.  You can find extension docs at
http://openidenabled.com/files/python-openid/docs/2.2.1/openid.extensions-module.html

We do not currently have support for OpenID Information Cards.
