Is the normal_key and dumb_key supposed to be hard-coded?

These just need to be distinct strings to keep the different groups of
associations from colliding with each other.  They needn't be anything in
particular; the default values are fine.  They aren't the endpoint of the
URL of the RP because during an association request, the OP does not know
anything about the RP making the request.  OPs only know associations by the
handles it gives them.
