How to set expires_in from python-openid server?

Hi!

I don't seem to find a path through the code to set expires_in ( see http://openid.net/specs/openid-authentication-2_0.html#anchor20 
  ) of an outgoing response.
Also, how to upgrade to SHA256 and drop no-encryption? Reading from  
the association.py there should be a special negotiator created for  
that.
