Auth_OpenID_MemcachedStore.php

Hello.

I couldn't find store implementation for memcache, so I wrote one.
It's quite simple (mostly one-liners), but it still may save few hours
for someone if you include it in distribution.

Also I don't know the spec well enough, so I'm not sure about
expiration details. Any code review is appreciated.
