Python Error (mpopenid)

Unfortunately mpopenid isn't in a very good state right now.  The OpenID
library that it's written to is some prerelease a few versions back, and
mpopenid hasn't been updated recently.  I don't recall now whether
that's purely due to j3h's time constraints, or if there were other
factors, like the apache auth handler model and/or mod_python really not
being compatible with what we were trying to do with it.
