absolutely! brad, david and i started http://code.google.com/p/openid-test/ at 
openiddevcamp a month or so ago to do this. so far we have a spec and 
implementations with the perl and (janrain) python libraries, and the 
beginning of an automated tester for generating the matrix.

it's early yet, but we'd love more contributors!
