Identifier_select response

In a related note I wanted to mention that the consumer at 
http://openidenabled.com/php-openid/trunk/examples/consumer/ works as 
indicated below, however the check utility at 
http://www.openidenabled.com/resources/openid-test/checkup/ fails most 
expected stuff. For example it doesn't normalize URLs and discovery 
without specifying the full ID URI fails also...intentionally? 1.1 Consumer?
