Test URL is not available

Running examples/detect.php, I get this error:

        An HTTP request was completed. *Got 404 instead of the expected
        HTTP status code (200).* *The redirected URL was not returned.*
        *Unexpected data was returned.*

After double-checking my PHP curl installation, I checked the code and
found this URL is used for the check:

        http://www.openidenabled.com/resources/php-fetch-test

From my server and from my personal computer, this URL 404's. I think it
might have gotten lost in the changes to the OpenIDEnabled Web site.
