open id server setup problem

Hello,

I have downloaded the library from http://www.openidenabled.com/openid/libraries/php/download. After installed the package, when I run 'detect.php', its showing 

 Setup Incomplete
Your system needs a few changes before it will be ready to run the OpenID library.

at (http://www.sprummer.com/swati/detect.php)

It is not showing any other error. Can anyone help me please?
