darcs patch: prevent error 'call to member function of a non-object'

  * prevent error 'call to member function of a non-object'

Auth_OpenID_ServerErrorContainer::fromMessage assumes it is being passed an
Auth_OpenID_Message object, and doesn't much like the empty string.  A null
return value is checked for both places _makeKVPost is called.
