PHP Standalone Server 1.1 Checkid_Setup

Yes there are 3 tables in the db. They have been created, but due to an
unknown reason, they have been corrupted. (i.e the tables are listed in
mysql, but when trying to drop : table doesn't exist). So the solution is to
delete the corresponding files in the mysql directory.

After that everything is OK
