PHP Standalone Server 1.1 Checkid_Setup

I just managed to fix the problem !

It seems that the OpenID tables were corrupted (oid_associations,
oid_nonces, oid_settings) so the solution is to remove manually the 3 files.

Now the trust site phase works well.
