Seems like gmail are doing wierd things at the moment.  You'll need to
enter your jid's resource too. eg: number5 at gmail.com/Psi  (if you're
using the gtalk client, then you could have some fun guessing the
random resource)

you can try basic auth at : http://openid.xmpp.za.net/test (just enter
your jid for the username, and any password)

alternatively you can test with
http://www.openidenabled.com/resources/openid-test/diagnose-server/
The 'bad signature' bug is still around unfortunatly, and I'm not sure
where to look to fix it.
