PHP-openid Store only makes one association?

With the diagnose-server test [1] I'm occasionally seeing 'bad
signature'.  It's pretty hard to replicate, but once it's "broken"
it'll stay that way until I Re-Associate.  I've set a testing openid
url [2] on my server, that bypasses the xmpp backend.

Sounds like an edge case on the request signing, anyone seen this before?
